What is hypoxic training?

At ARA, we offer an exclusive 20 m² Altitude Training Room equipped with Altitude Training® technology, capable of simulating altitudes of up to 6,000 meters.

This isolated space allows a controlled reduction of ambient oxygen concentration (normobaric hypoxia) without the need for masks or external devices.

Hypoxic training sessions are ideal for athletes looking to improve aerobic capacity, effort tolerance, and muscular endurance, as well as for individuals seeking to enhance metabolic adaptation, circulation, and longevity.

Each session is individualized, although training can also be conducted in small groups of up to 3 people, ensuring personalized supervision and maximum safety.
